An acknowledgment that publication is not guaranteed to any speaker and that the California Law Review has full discretion in selecting the pieces to publish.
A tentative timeline and date for the symposium (symposium must take place in the 2026 Spring Semester, between January 12, 2026 - April 24, 2026).
We accept proposals of varying lengths and formats, however we request that you try to keep proposals under ten pages.
