About the Agreement
The California Law Review Artificial Intelligence Author Use and Disclosure Agreement was enacted on January 28, 2026. It was created by Carsten Felicitas Grove ‘26, with assistance and edits provided by California Law Review’s Volume 114 Executive Committee and Faculty Co-Director Professor Saira Mohamed. Other law journals are free to utilize language and concepts contained in the Agreement as long as California Law Review is appropriately credited.
