Steven Levitsky, author of “The Third Founding: The Rise of Multiracial Democracy and the Authoritarian Reaction Against It,” will deliver the keynote address.

Richard Albert (University of Texas Law School), Miriam Seifter (University of Wisconsin Law School), and Tom Ginsburg (University of Chicago Law School) will serve as commentators.
